Our Mission.

We are management consultants. We help our clients plan and implement practical, cost-effective solutions to Treasury and payment processing problems.

Three years ago we set out to build a different kind of consulting firm. Our motto, "Solutions to grow, not just survive" describes the mission that is also embodied in five, fundamental principles:

We build solutions that work. Nothing "off the shelf," no cookie-cutters, buzzwords or consulting jargon. We know our business; we know the markets, products, services and competitors. We are committed to satisfying our clients, whatever it takes.

We "stick to our knitting." We focus on helping clients de-mystify the complexities that challenge their Treasury and payment systems operations. It's a bigger job than it was three years ago. It was our only business then and our only business today. If an engagement requires additional expertise, we supplement our resources with specialists. Nobody knows everything, and we never pretend otherwise.

We work only for our clients. We create value through consulting and advisory services. We neither promote nor endorse external products or services, and we accept no "third party" compensation for recommending products to our clients.

We create value from the knowledge and expertise of seasoned consultants working intimately with clients. We never staff engagements with inexperienced people; training is our job, not our clients' job.

We invest only to strengthen our consulting practice. We charge fairly for our services and work to make our services better, not to diversify away from what we know best.
